Terms and Conditions — v2.piirz.com and PiirZ Applications

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website v2.piirz.com and any associated applications, platforms, or services provided by PiirZ EMEA LTD (“PiirZ”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using any PiirZ service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Scope of Services
   PiirZ provides digital platforms, applications, and AI-driven services, including but not limited to:

• v2.piirz.com web application

• Mobile or desktop applications branded under PiirZ

• Associated APIs, integrations, and support services
  The specific features and functionalities available to you will depend on the plan, subscription, or service agreement in place.

3. Eligibility
   You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration and Security
   To access certain functionalities, you may need to register an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Any unauthorised use must be reported immediately to hello@piirz.com.

5. Acceptable Use
   You agree not to:

• Use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities

• Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise system integrity or security

• Access data or accounts not expressly granted to you

• Circumvent usage limits, subscription terms, or technical controls

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code unless permitted by law
  We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited conduct without notice.

6. Intellectual Property
   All content, code, designs, trade names, and trademarks related to PiirZ services are owned or licensed by PiirZ EMEA LTD. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the services in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

7. Data Protection and Privacy
   Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy & Data Deletion Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy. For EU/EEA users, processing is carried out in compliance with GDPR Articles 6, 28, and 44–50.

8. Subscription Plans, Fees, and Payment
   Certain services require payment of fees, either on a subscription or usage basis. All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days’ prior notice. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

9. Service Availability and Modifications
   We aim to provide continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time, with or without notice, provided such changes do not materially diminish contractual rights without consent.

10. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• PiirZ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

• Direct liability shall be limited to the greater of EUR 100 or the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
  Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any matter where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Third-Party Services
    Our services may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, terms, or policies. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

12. Termination
    You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@piirz.com. We may terminate or suspend access without notice if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in prohibited activities. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The courts of Malta shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

14. Changes to Terms
    We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, or technical changes. The revised Terms will be published at v2.piirz.com with the effective date indicated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
